Library Hours: Spring Semester Remote Start

Remote Start for Spring Semester!

We hope the extended winter break went well for you and your family and friends.

From February 4th through 19th, Lehman Library will be open Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.
Building access is limited to Shippensburg University students, faculty, and staff.
All students must show a current COVID Testing Card for entry.
All virtual resources and services continue to be available through the library website.

• Online library resources, like our indexing, full-text articles, and ebook databases, are available 24/7

Library building hours during the remote start for classes
(February 4th through 21st):

• Remember students will need to show a current COVID testing card to access the physical library
• Testing card will be required for access until the university moves back to F2F/hybrid instruction

Virtual Research Help is available during Remote start: 
Monday to Thursday 9am - 9:30pm & Friday 9am - 4pm

During Virtual Research Help hours use the green "Chat is Online" button from the library home page
When Virtual Research Help is not online use the red "Email Librarians" or blue "Schedule an Appointment" button from the library home page

Research Consultations
Librarians are available to meet with you individually for one-on-one research consultation appointments. If you want help broadening or narrowing a topic, finding appropriate sources, or citing sources correctly, please set up an appointment with a librarian. This service has been heavily used for good effect by your fellow students in previous semesters.

Course Reserves
Your professor(s) may make supplemental reading materials available to you through the course reserves system, Ares. For more information about library reserves, please see the Library Reserves page.
