Option A: 

  • Shadow a sales manager or a sales rep for approximately four to eight hours and complete an in-depth interview with that same sales manager or sales rep.

Option B:

  • Research one specific sales management topic (approved bt Dr. Taylor) using secondary sources and personal interviews, discuss findings, and draw conclusions.
    • The research report should be on one of the topics covered in class
    • The research for this option will include both secondary sources and personal interviews
