In 2009, then Library Director, Cinda Gibbon collaborated with several departments on campus to create an exhibit of excellent student research. This guide chronicles that project.
An opportunity to celebrate student excellence supported by Library resources and services
Ezra Lehman Memorial Library seeks to collaborate with professors to identify students who, in the use of Library resources or services, have produced an academic product worthy of recognition beyond an assignment grade. We intend for these images to capture the dynamic relationship between the academic challenge provided by faculty members in the classroom, and the academic support provided by the Lehman Library and its librarians. For the Library and academic departments, this exhibit provides visible evidence of student learning as well as positive role models for other students.
