Browser Error Message

Have you received the following error message when attempting to view the tutorials?

This browser does not support some of the content in the file you are trying to view. Use one of the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 9 or later
  • Safari 5.1 or later
  • Google Chrome 17 or later

Click "OK" at the bottom of the error message. You will see a round play button in the middle of the screen. Click the play button to start the tutorial. Or, use one of the recommended browser versions. Using the most up-to-date version of your browser is recommended.

Audio

If you can't hear the audio, check the following:

  1. There is a mute button in the lower right hand corner of the tutorial window. It looks like a speaker symbol. Click this button to turn the audio on and off.
  2. Check your computer's volume settings. You might need to adjust the volume on your computer.
  3. If you are using a desktop computer, not all desktops are equipped with speakers. You may need to use headphones.
  4. Closed captioning is provided. Select the "CC" button in the lower right hand corner of the tutorial to turn on closed captioning if needed.

Video

If a video segment of the tutorial will not load, wait a few seconds. These files are large, and may take a moment to buffer.

If that doesn't work, click the back button at the bottom of the tutorial screen to return to the previous slide, or refresh the tutorial by clicking the refresh button in your browser.
