For the Fall 2025 semester, the Ezra Lehman Library has updated our main search tool (EBSCO Discovery Service) and our EBSCO databases to the new EBSCO user interface.
This tutorial demonstrates the features of the new interface:
How do I recover my folders and saved items from the previous version of EBSCO?
Selecting “saved” on the left side of the screen should bring up the contents of your old EBSCO folder.
If you used custom folders in the old interface, you can get the contents of these by selecting “Projects” and then selecting “Get Report,” which will export the contents of your custom folders as an Excel spreadsheet.
How do I share links in the new EBSCO interface?
In the new EBSCO interface, links can be created by selecting the “share” icon:
And then selecting “create link” and copying the link:
Alternately, links can simply be copied from the address bar of your web browser (this is a new feature of the updated EBSCO interface).
Where can I get more information on the new EBSCO interface?
EBSCO’s Quick Start Guide provides helpful starting points in navigating the new interface. Alternately, reach out to our librarians and we will be happy to help!
