Virginia doesn't register voters by party, so the next best thing will be to see how people actually voted. This excellent website will allow you to see how areas in the state voted. Pick a recent election, then find the results of the "General Election" in the list, then click the "Candidates" link to see the breakdown by party. Click the "See details for this Election" link to find data by county. Then use the "More" link next to the county name to get to the local level. In statewide elections, you will need to know your voting district number.
