SSHELCO: Hotel Information

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn East, 20 rooms for Wednesday, 3/18, and 45 rooms for Thurs, 3/19, available at $75.00/night to the SSHELCO Annual Conference attendees:

• When booking the room – anytime from now until March 4, 2015 -- identify yourself as a member of our group, “PSSHE-Keystone Library Networking” (sic) when reserving your room, in order to get the $75.00 rate (which is EXCLUSIVE of tax – not “inclusive” as stated above). 
• Bring an employee ID with you at check in, to be exempted from the 6% State Sales Tax.  I’ve given them our Blanket Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, but they’ll ask for ID when you check in.  I believe we’re still liable for the 5% Local Occupancy tax.

From the South

Travel I-83 North. Merge onto I-283 S via EXIT 46A toward AIRPORT / LANCASTER / I-76 / PENNA TURNPIKE. Take the PA-441 exit- EXIT 2- toward SWATARA. Turn LEFT onto LINDLE RD / PA-441. Hotel 1/3 mile on right. From the East: I-76 W . Merge onto I-283 N via EXIT 247 toward HARRISBURG / HERSHEY. Take the PA-441 exit- EXIT 2- toward SWATARA. Turn RIGHT onto LINDLE RD / PA-441. Hotel on right. From the West: Travel I-76 E (Portions toll). Merge onto I-283 N via EXIT 247 toward HARRISBURG / HERSHEY. Take the PA-441 exit- EXIT 2- toward SWATARA. Turn RIGHT onto LINDLE RD / PA-441. Hotel on right.
